As a Senior Visual Designer and Creative Lead at TransPerfect, you will be the visionary architect behind our brand's visual identity. Your role involves designing captivating brand assets, impactful advertising creatives, landing pages, and UI/UX interfaces that engage and convert audiences. This position integrates brand design with performance-driven marketing and user experience, effectively transforming intricate ideas into visuals that establish an immediate connection across both digital and offline touchpoints. You will be responsible for maintaining TransPerfect's design language across various campaigns, web platforms, and product interfaces, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative throughout.
Note: This is a key individual contributor role where you will take ownership of the entire process — from strategy and planning to hands-on execution and final delivery.
DESCRIPTION
• Spearhead the development and refinement of TransPerfect's brand identity and visual system, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Create high-impact advertising creatives, social media visuals, and performance marketing campaigns that are optimized for maximum conversion.
• Design landing pages and web experiences grounded in strong UI/UX principles that foster user engagement and actionable responses.
• Produce marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, infographics, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to transform strategic initiatives into engaging visual stories.
• Establish and manage a scalable design system and component library to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
• Create motion graphics and video content for campaigns, product demonstrations, and social media platforms.
• Work alongside content and performance teams to ensure visual assets align with campaign objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Explore innovative formats, design trends, and creative methodologies to bolster brand distinction.
• Ensure all visual materials comply with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and performance metrics.
