The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who leverages their skills and expertise to generate measurable improvements for our clients. As a Senior Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring (TRS) team, you will collaborate with AlixPartners professionals to provide business, financial, and strategic consulting to companies facing underperformance or critical challenges. In this engaging and demanding role, you will have a significant impact by assisting clients in effectively navigating their issues and promoting organizational excellence in high-stakes situations. The TRS Senior Vice President role requires direct experience in restructuring advisory and/or distressed debt portfolios, along with robust financial and analytical capabilities. You should possess strong data management, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, complemented by an executive presence. Additionally, hands-on experience in developing integrated three-statement financial models and 13-week cash flow forecasts is essential. The ability to lead clients and teams through challenging turnaround and restructuring scenarios, both in and out of court, is crucial, along with a willingness to travel extensively.
