Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to spearhead the execution quality, operational frameworks, and performance metrics within our User Acquisition Department. This hands-on leadership position will report directly to the Head of User Acquisition. You will oversee a team of 3-6 User Acquisition Managers of varying experience levels, holding full accountability for the team’s KPIs, execution precision, ROI, and overall results.
Your expertise in creating robust operational processes and maintaining high standards of execution quality will be crucial. This role demands not just theoretical knowledge but a deep, hands-on approach to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, fostering continuous improvement in knowledge, execution quality, and overall performance.
- Hands-On Performance Management: Engage actively in daily operations; be prepared to dive into ad accounts to troubleshoot, optimize performance, launch campaigns, and exemplify best practices.
- Budget Management: Oversee a substantial advertising budget exceeding $1M monthly across all networks, ensuring disciplined expenditure, controlled scaling, and performance stability.
- Core Channel Expertise: Exhibit exceptional proficiency in Facebook Ads, taking primary responsibility for driving user acquisition through this channel.
- Analytics and Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the Analytics team to leverage performance data, identifying insights and growth opportunities while addressing inefficiencies.
