RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and lead test strategies for significant programs, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution oversight. Author and review comprehensive test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices. Analyze complex test data, resolve anomalies, and spearhead root cause investigations and corrective actions. Oversee test campaigns integrating multiple disciplines (thermal, structural, EMI, functional) while ensuring complete traceability to system requirements.

YOUR MISSION

We are in search of a dynamic Senior Test Engineer who will be integral in designing, planning, and executing test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. Collaborating with engineers, program managers, and technical teams, you will ensure that our systems fulfill performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, executing tests, gathering data, analyzing results, and confirming that systems adhere to all specifications.
