This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the structural design principles for one of the most challenging mission profiles in aerospace engineering and missile defense.As the Loads Development Lead, you will oversee the full lifecycle of loads development, from ground handling and launch to on-orbit operations, intercept maneuvers, and end-of-life scenarios. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining program standards and processes for load generation, combination, margins, and documentation; developing and validating Coupled Loads Analyses (CLA); deriving Mass Acceleration Curves (MAC); and translating system-level loads into precise design criteria and verification requirements.You will serve as the sole authority on loads methodology, ensuring accountability for assumptions, traceability, and technical integrity. Your role includes defining governing load cases, ensuring analytical consistency across subsystems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining rigorous standards throughout the program.
