Role overview
The Senior Technical Recruiter will focus on scaling engineering and product teams for clients throughout Canada. This position calls for someone who values efficiency, uses data to inform decisions, and can manage several high-priority searches at once. While technical recruitment is central, the role may also involve supporting non-technical searches as client needs change.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with growing companies to build out technical and product teams.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as an embedded talent partner who understands team goals and keeps searches on track.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS environment.
- At least 2 years recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, or Product Managers.
- Experience hiring for non-technical roles, including operations, sales, and leadership positions.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work, with the ability to discuss specific tools and share real examples of their impact on your process.
- Ability to use metrics and insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
- Strong motivation and skill in managing multiple urgent searches in a changing environment.
- Proven experience building partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership.
