Your Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work in partnership with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team requirements and align recruitment goals. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, engaging, and evaluating candidates through diverse channels, managing the entire recruitment process from outreach to onboarding. You'll develop strategies to attract and retain diverse technical talent, proactively creating talent pipelines for both current and future needs. Additionally, you will analyze key hiring metrics to enhance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fairness and efficiency, and promote Brex's employer brand at events and on social media platforms.

Your Work Environment

This position is based in our Vancouver office. We embrace a hybrid work model, blending in-office engagement with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated in-office days each week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work per year!
