As a Senior Technical Program Manager II within our Enterprise Technology division, you will spearhead impactful initiatives that drive innovation across Compass. Your projects will encompass significant technical enhancements, ranging from third-party SaaS implementations to the standardization of processes and metrics. Your role will focus on optimizing execution, efficiency, and consistency while managing dependencies, assessing technical risks, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for your projects. You will maintain transparent and effective communication with senior stakeholders throughout.
Key Responsibilities at Compass:
- Lead large-scale initiatives focused on developing new products and enhancing the Compass platform.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of key programs, including detailed functional planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Identify cross-functional interdependencies and prioritize execution plans to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage relationships and configurations with third-party software vendors to ensure our systems are scalable and efficient.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operational leadership, and provide updates on progress and risks to executive leadership.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our product development teams, working closely with infrastructure and various cross-functional groups.
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs spanning various organizations and locations, including involvement in M&A initiatives.
- Contribute significantly to the agile practice at Compass and assist in high-level planning on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Promote operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous process improvement throughout the organization.
- Utilize data and metrics to create clear narratives for decision-making at both the executive and team levels.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and scale technology operations for ongoing improvement.
