Your Impact
Axon is in search of a driven and experienced Program Manager in Adoption & Enablement to spearhead internal enablement and customer adoption throughout the Fusus lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering training, developing curriculum, ensuring quality, and providing support post-deployment.

This position marries program ownership with hands-on instruction, equipping both internal Axon teams and external law enforcement customers with the skills needed to effectively adopt Fusus workflows. Success hinges on your ability to teach platform functionality alongside the technical principles that facilitate successful deployments, translating real-world operational scenarios into scalable training experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional collaborator with an operational grasp of Axon Fusus, exceptional facilitation skills, and the capacity to independently conduct training and enablement sessions. This role is vital in ensuring customers transition seamlessly from deployment to ongoing support while maximizing product usage, operational readiness, and achieving long-term objectives.

What You’ll Do
Location: Based in Axon hub sites across the United States (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas)
Travel: Approximately 50%
Reports to: Sr. Director, RTO SaaS Delivery
