Proven expertise in developing and managing intricate program schedules and interdependencies, utilizing tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project. A Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field. Exceptional communication skills, both for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, employing creative solutions to overcome challenges while effectively documenting and communicating tactical plans. A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience working with large and complex hardware projects.

Senior Technical Program Manager - Gen-1 Spacecraft

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire program execution cycle for a future block of satellites, guiding the team from the design phase through to production and launch. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and our customers, ensuring that our satellites are constructed successfully and launched on schedule. This high-impact position within the Technical Program Management team in Engineering offers significant visibility and influence.
