Role overview
The Senior Technical Program Manager - Connected Warfighter Systems leads testing and validation activities for advanced military platforms such as Eagle Eye, the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, and Menace of Family of Systems. This position manages test efforts that span both software and hardware, working in laboratory and field environments to confirm system reliability under real-world conditions. Collaboration with engineering, program management, test and evaluation teams, and military partners is a key aspect of the role.
What you will do
- Lead test campaigns: Plan, execute, and report on test campaigns for Connected Warfare products. Guide test engineers through integration, development, operational, and customer acceptance testing phases.
- Develop and execute verification strategies: Design and implement verification protocols using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant approaches that meet customer standards and metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities: Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, SEIT, test ranges, and external agencies. Manage Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), track test incidents, and monitor deficiencies.
- Drive data-driven test evaluations: Lead analysis of test data to assess system performance and mission outcomes in both laboratory and field settings. Track test coverage metrics and ensure comprehensive evaluation of results.
