The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the commercetools Platform, the cornerstone of all our offerings, as well as related products such as the Payment Hub and AI Hub, along with ecosystem enablers like Agent Gateway, integrations, and connectors.
This role necessitates a robust understanding of contemporary AI platforms and architectures. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on AI-powered features, encompassing large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, model orchestration, and AI platform integrations. Your success will hinge on being AI-literate enough to comprehend how these systems function, beyond just marketing them.
Your mission will be to define and communicate the value of our connected commerce ecosystem, empowering customers, partners, and developers to innovate more efficiently and intelligently. You will creatively articulate intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical understanding, analytically leverage data and research to refine positioning and messaging that resonates, and effectively utilize internal resources to gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
You will translate sophisticated technical ideas, from composable architecture to next-gen agentic commerce, into compelling narratives that inspire market adoption and differentiation. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership, you will shape how we bring innovation to life across our portfolio.
