We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to champion our new DeepIntent Helix product line and cultivate the technical and strategic relationships with our Analytics & Data Platforms across our agency partners. This role uniquely blends client management with hands-on technical execution, alongside supporting analytics products, clean room technologies, and pharmaceutical marketing workflows.
You will take ownership of the post-sale experience from start to finish. This includes onboarding, training, ongoing optimization, and fostering growth while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Client Solutions to maximize customer value.
This position is perfect for a professional who can navigate both detailed technical discussions and high-level executive conversations. Prior experience in the healthcare field is a must.
- Manage the technical relationship with enterprise pharmaceutical and healthcare agency clients.
- Lead the onboarding, training, and adoption of analytics and clean room solutions.
- Provide guidance on data ingestion, structuring, and privacy-compliant workflows.
- Monitor account health, usage, and identify growth opportunities.
- Convert customer needs into actionable product feedback.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize data to link platform use with client outcomes and ROI.
- Assist with renewals and upsells by providing technical expertise.
