To realize our ambitious growth plans, we are looking to enhance our team with a Senior Talent Sourcer in Kyiv. Your primary focus will be sourcing and attracting the best specialists in the market.
Challenges Awaiting You:
– Marketing approach: publishing and promoting job postings creatively across various job boards, platforms, social media, and professional groups;
– Developing and implementing candidate sourcing strategies for roles ranging from junior to top management;
– Supporting candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process (sometimes up to 5 steps);
– Working with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, and automation tools;
– Keeping abreast of the latest sourcing trends and implementing growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire;
– Enhancing candidate experience;
– Expanding your network and building talent pools through headhunting.
