Among other duties, you will be responsible for establishing payment infrastructure for assigned projects, launching new initiatives, and continuously supporting active business directions;- Identifying and onboarding new banking/payment partners and card providers;- Implementing initiatives to optimize operational processes, banking fees, and payment infrastructure;- Participating in the automation of payments and their reconciliation in the ERP system;- Overseeing business payments for assigned projects, managing corporate cards, preparing digests, etc.What We Value:- A desire to tackle Treasury-related challenges of projects and assist in business growth;- Experience working with banks/payment systems and non-Ukrainian jurisdictions;- At least 3+ years of experience in the financial sector;- Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level (both oral and written) for communication with banks and external partners;- A financial/economic education;- Knowledge and experience with Excel/Google Sheets.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in product IT;- Background in process optimization and automation.In addition to our businesses, we are developing the SKELAR Foundation, established by company employees.
