Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Planning, Acquisition, and Onboarding: Spearhead the annual talent planning process with market leaders, assessing capabilities, identifying gaps, and establishing development priorities. Develop an ANZ talent strategy that aligns with global initiatives, focusing on hiring, development, and retention, while tracking progress and outcomes. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft inclusive job descriptions, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing talent and coordinating onboarding with Finance and Technology teams. Build and maintain an ANZ contractor pool in partnership with leaders, Finance, and external vendors, managing all aspects from sourcing to offboarding. Enhance the local employer brand through market analysis and collaboration with the Marketing team. People Leadership Coaching and Team Relations: Manage employee relations and benefits support for the ANZ region, addressing concerns and formal cases to ensure fair outcomes. Provide coaching to leaders on performance management and effective communication, creating practical tools for managers.

About the job

Prosci is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to help shape the workforce across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This part-time position (25-30 hours per week) is based in Sydney and reports directly to the Chief People Officer in the US, with close collaboration alongside the Managing Director in Sydney. The Senior Talent Partner acts as a trusted advisor on people matters, working with leaders and teams to strengthen performance, nurture company culture, and advance talent initiatives in line with Prosci’s values.

What You Will Do

  • Advise leaders and teams on organizational capabilities, talent needs, and culture-building.
  • Coach leaders to help them grow and meet business goals.
  • Support daily HR processes and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement AI solutions that improve workflows while maintaining strong human connections.
  • Contribute to ongoing talent and change management initiatives in the ANZ region.

  • Comfort working independently and as part of a global team.
  • Interest in supporting AI adoption within HR while keeping people at the center.

Additional Details
