Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archiving of Relativity databases, ensuring compliance with destruction policies and NARA instructions. Develop, manage, and document workflows for effective material management.
- Report directly to the Contractor IT Manager or Lead Project Manager, providing updates on system requirements and project progress.
- Collaborate with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to assess system requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Analyze gathered information to define system and project requirements, designing comprehensive systems that align with these needs.
- Conduct evaluations of systems, presenting findings and recommendations in formal reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, and project prioritization. Ensure all personnel conform to established work standards.
- Supervise team members to ensure project compliance and success.
