Responsibilities Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS solutions across various environments, operating systems, cloud providers, and security architectures to meet customer service level agreements. Plan and manage the migration of content between ArcGIS deployments, navigating different architectures, strategies, and software components. Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments, providing expert guidance on platform components including storage, networking, and security. Work collaboratively with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform. Internally collaborate to align customers’ technical objectives with their business goals using Esri’s technology platform. Requirements Over 12 years of professional experience in a similar role with related responsibilities. Proficient in designing, implementing, or administering enterprise ArcGIS or comparable IT systems (desktop, server, and online). Extensive system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux platforms. Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#). Understanding of network concepts (e.g., domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load balancing). Experience with at least one RDBMS.
