Applicants should possess a strong background in structural analysis with a focus on aerospace applications. A Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have experience with finite element analysis (FEA) tools, a solid understanding of materials and structural mechanics, and familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations. A TS/SCI clearance is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
