Synergy Realization: Monitor financial and operational metrics to ensure value capture and assess ROI. Stakeholder Communication: Organize governance meetings and provide updates to executive leadership on integration progress.

Lyft is looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager focused on Mergers & Acquisitions within Enterprise Systems. This San Francisco-based role centers on integrating newly acquired companies and their people into Lyft’s systems and culture, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees involved.

Role Overview

This position takes full ownership of the integration process when Lyft acquires a company. The work begins during due diligence and continues through planning, execution, and stabilization. The goal: unify two organizations into one cohesive team, with seamless operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integration strategies for acquired companies, covering identity management, financial systems, HR, and IT frameworks.
  • Own the integration plan, timeline, risk management, and delivery of results.
  • Support due diligence activities before deal closure, identifying technical and operational requirements.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive integration playbook.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, People, IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Guide each integration workstream from initial planning through to operational stability.
  • Work with modern enterprise platforms, including Workday, Okta, Google Workspace, Oracle Fusion, and Salesforce, to bring acquired companies into Lyft’s environment quickly and accurately.
