Atria Health is in search of a Staff Software Engineer who is capable of navigating both domain product teams (Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery) and our diverse technical stack (web, mobile, backend, cloud infrastructure).

This senior individual contributor role entails:

  • Providing technical leadership across teams
  • Driving intricate, multi-team initiatives from conception to launch
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Clinical leaders to deliver measurable outcomes

As a key player, you will work alongside product managers and engineering leads to influence feature development, ensure architectural consistency, and take ownership of complex projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will range from defining solutions to ensuring effective monitoring and clean analytics through Mixpanel, showcasing your commitment to both our development process and the results we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Delivery

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical leaders to transform ambiguous challenges into clear technical strategies and execution plans.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives spanning multiple product teams and services.
  • Lead high-priority and technically challenging projects, setting benchmarks for quality, speed, and collaboration.

Architecture & Systems

  • Define and advance the architecture for core product areas (e.g., member journey, care delivery systems).
