Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Escalation Engineer to become a vital member of our Shared Platform Services team. This hybrid position is based in our San Jose, CA office (3 days per week) and reports to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering QA. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability, availability, and scalability of the Zscaler Client Connector Cloud service. As part of the team that developed the world’s largest cloud security platform, your expertise and passion will empower organizations globally to leverage speed and agility through a cloud-first approach.
What You’ll Do (Role Responsibilities)
Take ownership of and resolve escalated cloud incidents from start to finish, including impact assessments, debugging, solution implementation, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to architect and implement innovative solutions.
