About the Role:
This pivotal Solutions Engineer role is essential to our growth in the region, focusing on post-sales technical partnerships and long-term customer satisfaction. As the first dedicated technical resource in your area, you will shape our regional post-sales engagement strategy and establish Sentry’s presence.
You will benefit from an established customer base of notable organizations such as Canva, Coles Supermarkets, Air New Zealand, and Leonardo. Ai, providing a solid foundation for fostering deeper adoption and supporting complex implementations. Collaborate with engineering leaders and platform teams, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure Sentry is seamlessly integrated into their development processes.
This role demands high autonomy, ownership, and technical expertise. You will work closely with customers to guide architectural decisions, resolve complex challenges, and convert user experiences into actionable insights for our product teams. Internally, you will collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and enhance our post-sales technical engagement. As our footprint expands, you will have the opportunity to define and scale the regional solutions engineering function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer pain points and objectives, translating them into effective implementation and onboarding strategies that demonstrate business value.
- Create best practices, educational resources, and content regarding error and performance management and the Sentry product.
