Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the technical aspects of the sales process. Your extensive technical knowledge and exceptional customer engagement skills will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes. This position demands advanced problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of our products, and the capacity to mentor and guide your peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your efforts will be critical in addressing complex technical needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and setting best practices for our teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging solution presentations, product demonstrations, and offer tailored recommendations to prospects and clients.
  • Build and nurture technical relationships with existing customers through regular Quarterly Technical Reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals/Information.
  • Represent BeyondTrust at trade shows, seminars, and company events.
  • Utilize standard Sales & Marketing tools such as Salesforce and Confluence.
  • Document customer technical requirements and create Proof-of-Concept (POC) documentation to align with customer goals.
  • Provide ongoing support to BeyondTrust Partners.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of BeyondTrust products and industry trends.
  • Train and mentor other Solutions Engineers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support, or implementation engineer, specifically in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Applications, or Enterprise Security.
