Our hybrid work model encourages in-person collaboration when needed. Employees are expected to work from one of our office hubs at least two days a week, totaling eight days a month. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical architect who ensures our solutions fit seamlessly with our clients' needs. You’ll work at the intersection of platform capabilities and customer ambitions, facilitating our enterprise clients’ understanding of BetterUp's functionalities, integrations, and outcomes. If you enjoy converting complex information into clear, actionable solutions, this role is tailored for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery sessions with key enterprise stakeholders across IT, InfoSec, HRIS, and more.
Develop and configure demo environments that vividly showcase the BetterUp experience.
Present high-fidelity, narrative-driven demonstrations customized to align with customer objectives and buyer personas.
