As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, collaborating closely with the sales team and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions, delivering engaging product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and providing expert insights on how Seeq's platform can effectively resolve real-world challenges in process manufacturing. You will work alongside the Director of Solutions Consulting and other cross-functional teams to ensure that every customer interaction embodies our innovative, customer-centric ethos.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The core functions of this role encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide customized product demonstrations and presentations that effectively convey the value of Seeq's solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify prospective customers' business needs and challenges, aligning Seeq's capabilities with their objectives.
- Offer technical guidance throughout all stages of the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Work with the Solutions Consulting team to create and enhance demo assets, reusable content, and best practices that optimize the pre-sales process.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product management and engineering, contributing to the evolution of Seeq's software.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors to effectively position Seeq in the market.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions, success stories, and lessons learned.
- Assist cross-functional teams in crafting industry-specific value propositions or solution accelerators utilizing Seeq.
- Represent Seeq at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles, preferably within a SaaS or industrial software environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science). Candidates with experience in process manufacturing industries are preferred, although strong candidates from related fields are also encouraged to apply.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical role within the power industry or B2B sales in the power sector (DISCO, TRANSCO, GENCO, etc.).
- Robust understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and related technologies.
