As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a reliable technical advisor throughout the sales journey, collaborating closely with the sales team and prospects to conduct thorough discovery sessions, deliver engaging product demonstrations, answer technical inquiries, and provide expert insights on how Seeq’s platform can effectively address real-world issues in process manufacturing. You will work in partnership with the Director of Solutions Consulting and various cross-functional teams to ensure every customer interaction embodies our innovative, customer-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customized product demonstrations and presentations that effectively convey the value of Seeq’s solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with account executives to understand prospective customers’ business needs and challenges, aligning Seeq’s capabilities with their goals.
- Offer technical guidance throughout all stages of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to proof-of-value engagements.
- Work with the Solutions Consulting team to develop and enhance demo assets, reusable content, and best practices that optimize the pre-sales process.
- Contribute insights to product management and engineering based on customer feedback, influencing the future development of Seeq’s software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive landscape to effectively position Seeq.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions, success stories, and key learnings.
- Assist cross-functional teams in creating industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators utilizing Seeq.
- Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.
