ComplyAdvantage is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant in London to work alongside Account Executives and Go-To-Market teams. This role centers on supporting new business efforts and finding ways to expand existing client relationships.
What you will do
- Evaluate and qualify business opportunities, partnering with enterprise clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver product presentations to a range of stakeholders, adapting to different levels of technical knowledge and seniority. This includes value-focused demos, API integration walkthroughs, and architecture discussions.
- Become a technical subject matter expert on ComplyAdvantage’s products within the Commercial team.
- Design and run technical proof of value exercises that align with client business objectives.
- Create and implement innovative solutions to complex customer challenges, often as proofs of concept.
- Support a smooth handover to the Customer Success team after a sale, ensuring clients receive value quickly and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to advance the company’s mission of fighting financial crime.
- Share expertise with the team, develop reusable tools, and contribute to resources that improve team performance.
- Establish and manage internal processes to help the presales team scale effectively.
- Share insights from client engagements with the Product team to drive platform improvements.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Commercial team.
