What You'll Bring:Over 6 years of experience in solutions consulting and leading technical sales cycles for enterprise clients, especially in the financial services sector. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies. Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data formats, data security, SaaS, and cloud hosting. Exceptional presentation abilities, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by strong written and verbal communication. Meticulous attention to detail along with analytical and problem-solving skills. A growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing self-improvement. A collaborative spirit and the capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

About the job

ComplyAdvantage is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant in London to work alongside Account Executives and Go-To-Market teams. This role centers on supporting new business efforts and finding ways to expand existing client relationships.

What you will do

  • Evaluate and qualify business opportunities, partnering with enterprise clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations to a range of stakeholders, adapting to different levels of technical knowledge and seniority. This includes value-focused demos, API integration walkthroughs, and architecture discussions.
  • Become a technical subject matter expert on ComplyAdvantage’s products within the Commercial team.
  • Design and run technical proof of value exercises that align with client business objectives.
  • Create and implement innovative solutions to complex customer challenges, often as proofs of concept.
  • Support a smooth handover to the Customer Success team after a sale, ensuring clients receive value quickly and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to advance the company’s mission of fighting financial crime.
  • Share expertise with the team, develop reusable tools, and contribute to resources that improve team performance.
  • Establish and manage internal processes to help the presales team scale effectively.
  • Share insights from client engagements with the Product team to drive platform improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the Commercial team.
