Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Commercial Sales team, focusing on a consumption-based model where customer success is pivotal for revenue growth. You will engage throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial technical evaluations with new prospects to assisting existing customers in expanding their use of Temporal in production environments. Your role will be integral as you help customers unlock greater value by broadening their use cases and workloads.
This is a dynamic and technically intensive position where you will collaborate with developers, architects, and engineering leaders in fast-paced organizations to illustrate how Temporal integrates with their existing systems. You will be responsible for establishing robust technical relationships and maintaining engagement with accounts as they scale.
As an early member of our expanding team, you should be adept at navigating ambiguity, transitioning between various contexts, and creating reusable resources that enhance team efficiency.
