Position Overview:

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be instrumental in showcasing AvePoint's solutions to our clients by crafting and implementing customized solutions addressing intricate business needs. Utilizing your extensive technical and business acumen along with strong consultative skills, you will collaborate closely with clients, virtual account teams, and product specialists to gather requirements, design optimal solutions, and illustrate the value of our offerings.

In this technical leadership role, you will define and execute the technical strategy for key opportunities and clients, proactively identifying customer challenges, shaping solution methodologies, and advancing the deal from a technical perspective. Your involvement will span from initial discovery calls and delivering impactful technical presentations to leading proof-of-concept initiatives and providing expert guidance throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Operate with a high degree of independence while working closely with sales teams and senior technical leaders to ensure exceptional results for our clients.
