What does the role entail?
A Senior Solution Engineer at NiCE will spearhead the functional and technical sales process, focusing on solution development across NiCE's extensive portfolio. This involves comprehensive discovery and requirements gathering, validation, and demonstrations. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate the value of NiCE solutions, positioning our products for both business and technical users.
How will you contribute to our success?
- Conduct engaging presentations that align NiCE's offerings with customer challenges.
- Identify and analyze functional and technical challenges faced by assigned accounts.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements using insightful questioning techniques to understand, anticipate, and exceed their needs.
- Educate and influence clients, showcasing how NiCE’s solutions fulfill their requirements in terms of usability, quality, and value.
- Lead all technical aspects of the sales process.
- Assist in defining and executing successful proof of concepts (POC) when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with account executives and overlay teams.
- Respond promptly to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs.
Do you have the necessary qualifications?
- 7+ years of experience in supporting multiple software products and services in complex environments.
- 1+ years of experience with Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions for enterprise accounts.
- Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
- Experience in customizing and building storyboards for demos and POCs.
- Proven track record of securing strategic deal wins.
- Capable of managing multiple complex sales opportunities concurrently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from C-level executives to front-line employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience in selling a comprehensive suite of SaaS products.
- Relevant certifications in the field.
