Join Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company, as a seasoned Software Integration Engineer to contribute to essential Intelligence Community (IC) missions. In this pivotal cybersecurity role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team on the frontlines defending against cyber threats.
What You’ll be Owning:
As a key member of the High-Performance Computing (HPC) Operations Team, you will deliver HPC services, enhancing sustainment capabilities for multiple geographically dispersed locations. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing multi-vendor HPC servers, HPC clusters, and SPD servers.
- Overseeing systems operating on Red Hat, CentOS, SUSE, and vendor-specific operating systems, with a focus on high-speed shared storage solutions (e.g., Lustre, GPFS) and dedicated high-speed, low-latency network interconnects such as Infiniband and Slingshot.
- Implementing high-speed shared parallel storage to optimize performance across multiple HPC systems within a data center.
You will also support the HPC and ABS (ABUNDANTSHIELD high-speed shared parallel storage) Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams by adhering to government-mandated policies and procedures, which are designed to enhance your team's effectiveness in sustaining operations and improving mission outcomes. Compliance with ticket tracking, change management processes, coding specifications, and the utilization of designated SRE tools will be essential.
Transitioning systems into operational phases is a critical function of the HPC Operations Team. This includes planning, delivery, and integration of new or additional HPC capabilities, ensuring adherence to a structured schedule of transition activities.
Your role will involve providing customer support for HPC software, ensuring the seamless operation of High-Performance Computers, while also supporting a variety of UNIX, LINUX, and Windows systems, as well as desktop applications, servers, and networks necessary to meet mission objectives.
