ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer - Support Automations at Retell, you will take charge of the technical support for our advanced, agentic voice AI platform. This hands-on leadership role involves personally troubleshooting complex customer issues, developing AI agents and automations, and guiding a growing team of support engineers.
You will work at the intersection of engineering, customer relations, and product development, ensuring exceptional reliability, swift resolutions, and scalable support as Retell expands.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives on solving intricate technical challenges in high-pressure environments, engages directly with customers, and enjoys building systems and teams from the ground up.
