About the job
Join Our Team as a Senior Software Engineer
At Sprig, we are revolutionizing experience research by developing an AI-native successor to outdated survey tools like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey. Our vision is to create a platform that is not only intelligent and fast but also seamlessly integrated into the product development process of modern teams.
Our commitment is to simplify customer understanding, making it an ongoing and effortless endeavor. With Sprig, product teams gain clarity from insights rather than relying on guesses. We are pioneering a future where AI drives real-time insights, streamlines workflows, and enhances customer experiences.
Leading companies such as Notion, Figma, and Coinbase trust Sprig to connect more intimately with their customers. As we approach $100 million in annual recurring revenue, we are expanding our innovative AI capabilities globally.
If you thrive in dynamic environments and are excited about redefining a category, we would love to hear from you.
Your Role
As a member of Sprig's AI engineering group, you will play a crucial role in developing the technology that empowers UX researchers and product leaders to analyze customer behavior at scale. Our platform processes hundreds of millions of events daily, delivering AI-driven analysis that transforms raw data into actionable insights.
You will be responsible for managing backend systems that facilitate this operation, including high-performance data pipelines, AI inference orchestration, and integrations that embed applied AI into Sprig's user experience. Your contributions will be vital in evolving the technical foundation that enables our customers to scale and operationalize AI-driven understanding.
While our team collaborates across the entire stack, your focus will primarily be on backend and distributed systems, closely interfacing with applied AI infrastructure. You will work alongside engineers who prioritize thoughtful design, practical solutions, and impactful work, all while adhering to high standards of reliability, privacy, and correctness.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in our San Francisco office, conveniently located near Montgomery BART.
