Qualifications

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with Experience Cloud and its customization tools. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.

Reports to Salesforce Service Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Development: Lead the design and enhancement of features within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud utilizing declarative tools, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

  • Experience Cloud Customization: Leverage Experience Builder and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) or Aura templates to create visually stunning, branded self-service portals, partner sites, and public knowledge bases.

  • Integration Design: Architect, develop, and manage scalable integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Service Cloud Optimization: Utilize your expertise to refine and enhance core Service Cloud functionalities such as Case Management workflows, Service Console features, and Telephony/CTI integrations to boost agent efficiency.

  • System Architecture Oversight: Ensure the architecture and code quality meet scalability standards, adhere to best practices, and maintain data integrity across all environments.

  • Documentation Management: Develop and sustain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, object models, data flow diagrams, and deployment strategies.

  • Mentorship and Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing mentorship to junior administrators on coding standards, development practices, and platform best practices.
