As a Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales Operations team, ensuring precision, uniformity, and insight within our sales reporting across various teams and internal systems. This position merges strong analytical capabilities with an in-depth understanding of sales KPIs, territory and account design, and sales compensation.
You will take ownership of enhancing core sales reporting, operationalize account and territory assignments, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Collaborating closely with our CRM administration and Analytics/FP&A teams, you will ensure that our data, dashboards, and compensation-related reports are reliable and scalable.
