Evaluate sales performance data to detect trends, predict outcomes, and generate actionable insights for Sales, Finance, and leadership. Create, develop, and sustain sales dashboards and reports for representatives, managers, and executives (e.g., bookings, pipeline, achievement, productivity). Oversee and operationalize account and territory assignments, including engagement rules and book-of-business adjustments, ensuring data integrity and fairness throughout the sales organization. Assist in annual and ongoing sales planning, encompassing quotas, territory modifications, and goal-setting inputs. Collaborate with FP&A and Analytics to formulate data models, SQL transformations, and commission-related datasets. Work hand-in-hand with the CRM administration team (Salesforce, HubSpot) to translate business requirements into data frameworks, fields, and reports.

As a Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales Operations team, ensuring precision, uniformity, and insight within our sales reporting across various teams and internal systems. This position merges strong analytical capabilities with an in-depth understanding of sales KPIs, territory and account design, and sales compensation.

You will take ownership of enhancing core sales reporting, operationalize account and territory assignments, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Collaborating closely with our CRM administration and Analytics/FP&A teams, you will ensure that our data, dashboards, and compensation-related reports are reliable and scalable.
