We are currently seeking a talented Senior Sales Operations Manager to oversee our global sales operations across both direct and reseller channels. In this multifaceted role, you will be part operator, builder, and coach. You will report directly to the Head of Global Sales, taking on a wide range of responsibilities that encompass revenue, operations, partnerships, and team development.

This is an in-person position based in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire deal lifecycle: from quotes and purchase orders to invoicing, contracts, and data processing agreements.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Operations professionals to elevate their performance.

  • Develop and manage essential tools and automation systems that streamline sales processes, including HubSpot, Airtable, Stripe, Zapier, and others.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Security Engineers, and Legal teams to navigate complex procurement processes involving government agencies, school districts, and institutional clients requiring security reviews and compliance documentation.

  • Leverage AI technologies to query our data warehouse effectively, create tracking systems, and derive actionable insights to enhance our sales strategies.

  • Assist customers and partners with student data privacy and compliance standards.

  • Prioritize team projects and manage workflows across various time zones and currencies.
