We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to become a vital member of our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. This high-impact position plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our sales organization and reaching key business objectives. As the primary enablement partner for our global Business Development and Account Executive teams, you will provide them with the necessary skills, tools, processes, and content to excel in enterprise deals. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Sales Managers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will help fortify our outbound sales capabilities and transition from a technical selling approach to a value-based selling strategy. This role encompasses both program management and hands-on enablement, and we seek someone who can effectively translate business needs into impactful enablement strategies, overseeing the entire programming lifecycle from development to delivery.
