Senior Sales Development Representative

Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Representative who will spearhead top-of-funnel growth through a strategic blend of outbound and inbound sales initiatives. This position is ideal for an accomplished SDR who can autonomously manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment scheduling, while also mentoring less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach
Handle inbound leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities
Conduct thorough prospect research and account qualification
Schedule and manage sales appointments and product demonstrations
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline goals consistently
Ensure clean and accurate CRM records
Offer insights on messaging, scripts, and prospecting approaches
Assist in the onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as required
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
Prior remote work experience, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates lacking remote work experience will not be considered
Experience with US or UK companies
Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales strategies
Exceptional objection-handling and consultative selling abilities
High degree of self-motivation and effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across diverse industries or sales environments
Familiarity with CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
Experience in mentoring or leading SDR teams
Tools & Technology
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Experience with dialers and sales engagement tools
