The Senior Sales and Operations Planning Manager for North America will spearhead the comprehensive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the region. This pivotal role ensures seamless alignment among commercial, product, and supply chain functions to develop a cohesive, feasible, and financially sound plan. The manager will oversee the monthly S&OP cycle, which includes Product Management Review, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Executive S&OP Review. The primary goal is to synchronize demand with supply while optimizing service levels, inventory, costs, and revenue performance. Acting as the key integrator across various functions, the Senior S&OP Manager will drive decision-making, transparency, and accountability.
