ResponsibilitiesLocation: Any hub locationReports to: Vice President, Global Revenue ControllerDirect Reports: None, individual contributor roleAcquire an in-depth understanding of the functions, processes, and challenges faced by teams within Revenue Operations, Technical Revenue, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Quoting. Develop and communicate the roadmap for automation initiatives and secure alignment with that vision. Present automation roadmaps and strategies to Finance and business stakeholders. Lead the implementation and enhancement of systems to optimize processes and controls. Evaluate process improvement suggestions from Commercial and Accounting teams, understand their context, and prioritize them effectively. Identify opportunities for both major and minor process enhancements proactively.

Your Contribution

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior Revenue Systems Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Axon's Revenue systems effectively facilitate the company's growth, optimize the closing process, and streamline the quote-to-cash lifecycle. You will play an essential role in representing Revenue Accounting during the transformation of Axon’s quote-to-cash (QTC) ecosystem, which encompasses CRM, ERP, Consolidation, and revenue recognition systems.

This position involves collaboration with IT, Sales, FP&A, and Sales Operations to successfully implement system projects and design robust Revenue cycle controls. As an individual contributor with significant cross-functional influence, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adeptly navigating change while aligning accounting practices, technology, and business results. Axon aims to integrate top-tier SaaS applications along with data science, AI, and Automation to develop process solutions that match our business's speed.
