The Basics:

The Senior Revenue Operations Project Manager will lead the effective initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects within Revenue Operations. This pivotal role seeks to enhance business outcomes by integrating best practices in personnel, processes, and systems at Tanium. The Senior Project Manager will create project plans to fulfill service level agreements (SLAs) and pinpoint technological and procedural improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness for both customer experience and internal departments. This senior position plays a crucial role in providing quantifiable contributions to the strategy of Revenue Operations, shaping new processes, standards, and operational plans that directly influence the team's overall performance. The individual in this role is anticipated to promote open communication within the team by modeling positive behavior, inspiring others to follow, and offering recommendations grounded in team feedback and cost-benefit analysis.

What you’ll do:

  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, persuade stakeholders at all organizational levels, and encourage open dialogue within the team.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of situations, evaluate risks and benefits, and make independent decisions with confidence.
  • Work in partnership with internal customers to adopt, optimize, and extend global processes, while creating innovative solutions when necessary.
  • Develop a roadmap towards the end-state vision regarding people, processes, and systems in alignment with Tanium's strategic objectives, ensuring all enhancements are assessed for global relevance.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, advocating for the interests of the business stakeholders as needed.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and sales support teams.
