Core Responsibilities:Revenue Systems & InfrastructureEnsure seamless integration of systems for data accuracy, tracking, and reporting. Manage Salesforce (SFDC) administration and optimization alongside our SFDC consultant. Assess and implement new or replacement software solutions. Enhance and maintain the overall sales and marketing technology stack to boost efficiency and adoption. Facilitate scalable quote-to-order, CPQ, and deal approval processes. Forecasting & Revenue AnalyticsOversee and refine the forecasting process for new business, upsell opportunities, and renewals. Utilize forecasting data to analyze deal effectiveness and provide operational insights. Ensure high standards in pipeline hygiene, forecasting frequency, and reporting accuracy.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in executing our Go-To-Market strategy and enhancing our operational framework. Your focus will be on creating a data-driven model that optimizes sales efficiency, forecasting precision, and revenue outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Finance and People, and take charge of sales processes, account strategies, pricing models, and system integrations.

This role is highly visible and hands-on, reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue.
