About the Role
EliseAI is in search of a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to spearhead growth by refining the strategies, systems, and processes that enable our go-to-market organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee critical strategic and operational initiatives, enhancing systems, forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, analytics, processes, and various essential revenue operations projects. This position is ideal for an individual who merges strategic insight with a proactive approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive key revenue operations initiatives, including systems, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, territories, and compensation.
Optimize our Salesforce instance (custom objects, automations, etc.) and our broader go-to-market tech stack—evaluating, acquiring, and implementing new tools as necessary.
Innovate Rev Ops for the AI era, translating that vision into scalable systems, processes, and strategies across both Revenue Operations and GTM teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM leaders and team members across Sales, Marketing, and more to ensure alignment and success.
