- Comply rigorously with HR policies, organizational standards, and the professional Code of Conduct.
- Meet compliance requirements set forth in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as detailed in operational guidelines.
- Proactively manage individual claw backs, ensuring they remain within the financial targets set for the year.
