- Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers to provide timely and insightful feedback that aligns with our business objectives.
- Engage in sales activities with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring transparency in all customer interactions.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, ensuring resolutions are achieved within the designated turnaround times (TATs).
- Ensure submission of error-free applications and maintain a record of 100% accuracy in all documentation.
- Facilitate seamless coordination with internal teams to enhance the efficiency of application processing.
- Comply strictly with HR policies, organizational standards, and the professional Code of Conduct.
- Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as specified in operational guidelines.
- Proactively manage individual clawbacks to keep them within the organization's target limits for the fiscal year.
