About the Position:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Recruiter who specializes in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, which encompass sales, marketing, customer success, and sales engineering. In this pivotal role, you will guide the complete recruitment process in a dynamic setting, craft and implement effective sourcing strategies, enhance internal recruitment workflows, and strategically collaborate with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent that resonates with Astronomer's core mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring acceptance.
Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to grasp hiring requirements, outline role specifications, and devise efficient recruitment strategies to acquire elite talent.
Implement innovative sourcing methodologies to engage both active and passive candidates, utilizing industry insights to shape recruitment strategies.
Design and continuously optimize internal recruitment processes to boost efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and elevate overall effectiveness.
Oversee offer strategies and negotiations, possessing a robust understanding of compensation and equity.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and maintaining Astronomer’s esteemed employer brand throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM roles.
Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.
Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and leadership teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and compensation benchmarks relevant to recruitment.
