What You'll Do
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to facilitate the growth of our team. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish hiring priorities, refine recruitment strategies, and attract outstanding talent.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, with the option to specialize based on your strengths (either technical or go-to-market/operations).
Drive Sourcing Strategy by designing and implementing robust sourcing plans that identify elite candidates while balancing speed and quality.
Collaborate with leadership to assess hiring needs and priorities, deploying top-tier talent acquisition strategies that are measurable, accountable, and data-informed.
Daily Responsibilities: Evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and cultural fit, guide hiring managers through candidate management processes, monitor internal service-level agreements (SLAs) and timelines, and maintain consistent communication with candidates.
