Role Overview: As a Senior RAMS System Engineer, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define, analyze, verify, and validate RAMS performance for our autonomous platforms. You will engage with stakeholders to establish complex system requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document complex system requirements.
- Conduct RAMS analyses for systems and components.
- Develop RAMS plans and strategies for new systems and modifications.
- Evaluate RAMS performance and identify requirements to meet targets.
- Perform detailed analyses such as FMEA, FTA, and Reliability Predictions.
- Apply pertinent safety processes and guidelines.
- Ensure system designs adhere to relevant industry standards.
- Test and validate system performance against operational and functional RAMS requirements.
- Resolve issues related to fielded systems and provide product lifecycle support.
- Address comments from customers and independent parties to secure safety approval.
- Contribute to safety cases for regulatory certification.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive RAMS documentation and reports.
