About the Team: 

Our Propulsion team is dedicated to designing and delivering high-performance, manufacturable engines for the Terran R rocket. Each engineer on the team is accountable for their components throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial design to production, qualification, and flight. We nurture a culture of bottom-up decision-making, free from technical constraints, where ownership and accountability are paramount. Designing engines capable of producing over 250,000 pounds of thrust is just the starting point; as we prepare for qualification, we are actively exploring upgrades for future engines, including enhancements in thrust, new operational cycles, and strategies for mass production.
